Hiroya Miyagi, 22, of the Nippon Professional Baseball Oryx Buffaloes, reached 10 wins for the third consecutive year with a victory over teammate Roki Sasaki, 22, of the Chiba Lotte.

Miyagi started the game against Chiba Lotte on Tuesday at Jojo Marine Stadium in Chiba, Japan, and threw 115 pitches over eight innings, allowing just one hit while striking out six and walking three. The Orix won 2-0.
