‘Double Min Chungeum goal’ Gimcheon defeats Ansan 3-2…Jung Jung-yong celebrates home debut

Gimcheon Sangmu pulled off a 3-2 come-from-behind victory against Ansan Greeners in the 17th round of the Hana OneQ K League 2 2023 at Gimcheon Sports Complex at 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Gimcheon smiled after a long time. The victory over Ansan was their first in five games. The joy was doubled as it was the debut of head coach Jung Jung-yong.

Gimcheon deployed a 4-3-3 tactic. Kim Hyun-wook, Cho Young-wook, and Kim Min-joon were in charge of the attack, while Koo Bon-cheol, Kim Dong-hyun, and Kim Jin-gyu formed the midfield. The defense was formed by Park Min-gyu, Kim Jae-woo, Won Doo-jae, and Lee Yoo-hyun, with Kang Hyun-moo in goal.

Ansan went with a 4-1-4-1 formation. Lee Geun-ho was in the front line, while Lee Hyun-gyu, Yoon Joo-tae, Kim Bum-soo, and Gabriel were in the second line. Kim Jung-ho orchestrated the offense from the back, while Lee Jun-hee, Yoo Jun-soo, Go Tae-gyu, and Kim Jae-sung formed the back four. Lee Seung-bin wore the goalkeeper’s gloves.

Gimcheon took the early lead. They set the tone with their aggressive play. However, Ansan broke the 0-0 balance and took an early lead. In the 13th minute of the first half, Kim Jung-ho’s cross from the right flank was met by Lee Hyun-gyu in the box, who finished with his right foot even though he was surrounded by defenders.

After the blow, Gimcheon took the reins. They continued to pass the ball into the opponent’s zone and focused on regaining the initiative. In the 24th minute, Kim Min-joon received a pass from Cho Young-wook and took a simple shot in a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper, but the keeper kept his head down to make the save.

Gimcheon, who had been pounding away, seemed to capitalize on their chances. In the 35th minute, Cho Young-wook drew a foul from Yoo Jun-soo and was awarded a penalty kick. However, they had to swallow their disappointment as the referee canceled it after a VAR review.

However, in the 43rd minute, substitute Kang Hyun-mook won a penalty kick to equalize the score. Again, a VAR review was conducted, but this time it was not overturned, and the kicker, Cho Young-wook, neatly converted to bring the game back to 1-1. The first half ended in a 1-1 draw with both teams taking a goal apiece.

Ansan made a change at the start of the second half, using a substitution card. They removed Lee Hyun-kyu and inserted Jeong Ji-yong to strengthen their offense. Gimcheon replaced Kim Min-jun with Lee Jun-seok.

At the beginning of the second half, Gimcheon took the initiative. They tried to score more goals with bold shots, but their indecision cost them. Ansan was quick to counterattack. In the 18th minute of the second half, Gabriel fought back with a sharp shot from a free kick, and in the 26th minute, Hoesim showed his presence with a scissor kick. 토토사이트

Ansan responded with another goal. In the 32nd minute, Kim Bum-soo pounced on a loose ball after pressure and substitute Jung Jae-min extended the lead with a sensational left-footed shot. The joy was short-lived, however, as Kim Jae-sung was fouled by Lee Jun-seok in the 34th minute, but goalkeeper Lee Seung-bin saved the day.

However, the referee ruled that Ansan’s goalkeeper moved first, and Gimcheon tried again, with Cho Young-wook converting to level the match.

Gimcheon took advantage of the momentum and pulled a goal back in the 44th minute. After connecting with a cross from the back, substitute Lee Dong-min opened the scoring after a scuffle in the box.

Ansan became urgent. They pulled the reins and tried to counterattack, but it was fruitless. Gimcheon pulled off the upset and took the win.
